      • **Correction**Chlorine sanitizer spray bottle measured significantly higher than 1000 ppm. - Operator remade the sanitizer solution and retested at 100 ppm during inspection. **Ensure chlorine sanitizer is maintained at 100 ppm at all times**

      • **Correction**Chlorine sanitizer spray bottle was not labelled. - Operator labelled the sanitizer spray bottle during inspection. **Ensure spray bottles are properly labeled with its content to prevent cross contamination**
