      • The mixed chlorine-based sanitizer solutions in the cook station spray bottles were observed to be too strong. The mixed solutions bleached to indicator strip when tested.The inspector and operator re-mixed appropriate chlorine sanitizer solutions during the inspection. The new solutions were mixed to 200-ppm.Ensure that sanitizer solutions are mixed to the appropriate strength prior to using them.
