      • The concentration of the Quaternary Ammonium sanitizer solution in the spray bottle measured to be below 200 ppm. Staff refilled the bottle with new sanitizer solution and the new concentration measured to be between 200 - 400 ppm.Ensure to monitor the concentration of the sanitizer solution.

      • The sanitizer concentration from the sanitizer dispenser measured to be 0 ppm. The operator instructed the staff to manually prepare the sanitizer solution following the manufacturer's instructions to achieve 200 ppm. Please ensure that the sanitizer dispenser is repaired and inform the PHI once it is done.

    • 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • Operator was not recording the temperatures daily. The inspector informed the operator that the dishwasher must be tested daily and its maximum temperature be recorded daily. Please ensure to record the temperatures of the dishwasher before use every day. A maximum-registering thermometer was available on-site. Check the temperatures at least once daily at the start of the shift. Send a template of the temp log to the PHI for review.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • No records of pest control was available on site.Please ensure that monthly pest control checklist is completed and kept on site.
