Inspection summary

Holey Carbs has been inspected 3 times by Interior Health Authority since July 31, 2024. The most recent inspection, on September 1, 2026, found no infractions.

2 of 3 inspections on record found no infractions at all. In the past 12 months there was 1 inspection with 0 infractions recorded. All recorded findings relate to upkeep, equipment or paperwork rather than direct food-handling risks.

What these findings mean

Health authorities word their violations differently, so we group them by what they mean for food safety. Higher-risk findings are the ones inspectors treat as critical, because they can directly make someone sick.

  • Other findingsLower risk

Findings that do not fit the categories above, such as follow-ups that confirm an earlier violation was corrected, or requirements specific to this type of facility.

Recorded once on August 15, 2025. For example: 1 Does the facility have proper monitoring supplies?

This store is really an absolute gem! I highly recommend the blueberry fritter! I was sad when Tim Hortons only had it on their menu for a limited time. I can safely say that this is much better than the tim's version! Absolutely delicious! The store is loaded with all of kids of rare treats, sauces and delicious hard-to-find items. It's very clean, well-organized, well-lit and is run by a very helpful and beautiful woman. I highly recommend!

I absolutely love Holey Carbs! The products are delicious, high quality, low calorie, low sugar, and perfect for keto and diabetic-friendly lifestyles. The owner is such a sweetheart and always gives the best customer service. She is constantly bringing new products and preparing special things for her clients with so much care and attention. Truly one of my favorite places in Kelowna!

I love Kathy and the team at Holey Carbs. I drive nearly every week to Kelowna mostly just to stop at Holey Carbs to pack up my favourite Keto supplies. It’s great supporting a local business instead of some random online retailer.

All of the great no sugar, carb free options in one place. Also unreal keto bakery items. I didn’t know something carb free could taste so rich and delicious!
