- Small display fridge used to store small individual yogurt packs was overstocked. It measured 7 degrees Celsius at front and 3 degrees Celsius at back. Do not overstock the fridge to allow adequate air flow to maintain the temperature of entire unit at or below 4 degrees Celsius. Some yogurt packs were moved to a different fridge at the time of inspection.
