      • There is stagnant water accumulation by the floor access cover (at the corner) close to the hot tub area where algae are growing. This is a health concern as it can cause skin irritation and infection to the public when it comes in contact with the skin, and bring harmful germs to the pool and the hot tub. It also can cause the floor to be slippery and a fall hazard.
