      • 1) Water levels were higher than normal in the floating weirs, which could lead to reducing the effectiveness of water circulation. The onsite manager was informed about this; follow-up will be required to ensure proper levels are noted within the floating weirs.2) No cascading was observed. Proper cascading promotes skimming of surface water, maximize collection of debris and contributes to lower combine chlorine levels. The onsite manager was informed about this; follow-up will be required to ensure that cascading is noted.

      • Hand railing moved to swimming pool inspection report. 2) Carbon monoxide detector was observed to be beeping. Batteries and overall performance will need to be checked. Onsite manager was made aware. Follow-up is required to ensure that detector is working.

Follow-up is required to ensure that detector is working.

      • sample collected on Aug 19 2025 for the hot tub came back with a result of T C Present.I spoke with Noel on Aug 21 at 15:56 and he stated that they have already shocked and drained the hot tub. The tub will be refilled after cleaning and another sample submitted next week.
