- Dishwasher currently not working. Facility is using 2 compartment sink method with single use utensils for customers.Not using sanitizer in second compartment.Wash and rinse in 1st compartment, sanitize in second compartment for at least 2 minutes with either 200ppm QUATs or 100ppm chlorine, and allow to air dry.
