      • Ensure that all cooler temperatures are maintained at 4 degrees Celsius or less; ensure that temperatures are being monitored and recorded daily.
    • 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • Ensure that all dishwashers are being tested daily using a regularly calibrated thermometer waterproof thermometer with a maximum hold temperature feature.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • Ensure that hand sinks area always easily accessible .
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • Ensure that the doors in loading dock area pest proofed.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • Replace the 2 hot boxes that are falling apart as discussed.

      • 1. The surface of the cupboard beside the dishwasher in the Memory Care 2 serving kitchen was damaged and no longer cleanable.-Please refinish the cupboard so it is impervious to moisture and easy to clean.

The surface of the cupboard under the 2-compartment sink in the Wellness 1 serving kitchen was damaged and no longer easy to clean.-Please refinish the cupboard so it is impervious to moisture and easy to clean.2. Arborite was lifting on the countertop near the sink in the Memory Care 2 unit.- At this time the counter is still cleanable, please incorporate repair of the countertop into future plans.

The surface of the cupboard under the 2-compartment sink in the Wellness 1 serving kitchen was damaged and no longer easy to clean.-Please refinish the cupboard so it is impervious to moisture and easy to clean.2.
