      • One of the servery dishwasher temperature was measuring at 58.6 and 64.6; Ensure that the sanitizing cycle for the dishwasher reaches a minimum of 71 C at every cycle.

      • Ensure that hand sinks are always accessible and equipped with soap and paper towels.

      • Replace the cupboard with water damage adjacent to the dishwasher.Ensure that faucet is repaired and buildup is cleaned.Clean the vents/ ducts more frequently where necessary.

Silicone was missing along the counters behind the 2 compartment sinks in Wellness 1 & Memory Care 3.-Please re-install silicone to prevent water damage.3. Paint was coming off the wall by the dishwasher in Wellness 3 serving kitchen.-Please re-finish the wall so it is smooth, impervious to moisture, and easy to clean.4. The surface of the drawers were damaged by the dishwashers in Dulcina Hospice and Wellness 1.-Please re-finish these surfaces so they are smooth, impervious to moisture, and easy to clean.

There was some debris build up in the following areas of the serving kitchens:-in the cupboards under the steam tables in Wellness 1 & Wellness 3-around the hand wash sink in Memory Care 1-in the Nescafe machine in Memory Care 1-in the cupboards under the 2 compartment sinks in Memory Care 1 & Wellness 3-Please clean the noted areas.2. The chairs in the dining rooms throughout had some food debris build up.-Please clean the dining room chairs on a more frequent basis.
