      • Lower wall to the right of the bakery's 3-compartment sinks is not intact and cannot be cleaned.Repair area to render surfaces smooth and easily cleanable.

      • An apparent water leak was observed from the cooling unit of the backstock freezer, as indicated by ice accumulation along the wall and floor in one section.Repair water leak to prevent potential food contamination.

Back side of the wall behind the deli front of house.
