      • Corrective Action(s): Staff changed to a new bottle of chlorine sanitizer and 100 ppm was measured. Clean and sanitize all plates and utensils on site.

      • Corrective Action(s): Staff switch to a new chlorine bottle and 100 ppm chlorine was measured from plate level. Ensure chlorine stock bottle is monitored and switched accordingly.
