- A bottle labeled "sanitizer" tested for 0ppm chlorine concentration. Please ensure that sanitizer is available at adequate concentrations (200ppm chlorine) when the kitchen is in use. As the kitchen is sporadically used, it is suggested that fresh sanitizer solution be made up each time the kitchen is in use.
