    • 05. Do food handlers refrain from handling food while ill and have acceptable attire and hygiene?
      • Gloves were observed to be used. Gloves do not replace hand washing. Staff were observed to be changing gloves without hand washing.*** Ensure hands are washed when hands become contaminated and when gloves are changed. ***
    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • Foods in the chaffing dishes for services were ranging in temperature between 33°C to 50°C. Hot foods must be maintained at 60°C or hotter or used within 2 hrs.*** Please ensure all hot foods are maintained at 60°C or hotter. If this cannot be achieved all foods must be disposed of after 2 hrs. ***
    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • A thermometer was not available to ensure foods were being held at acceptable temperatures.*** Please obtain a digital thermometer and monitor temperatures of foods being offered regularly when on offer and stored. ***
    • 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • Test strips were not observed at the time of inspection. Please ensure that test strips are available to help monitor concentrations of food contact sanitizer.
