- The mechanical dishwashing machine was evaluated during the inspection and was not dispensing chlorine sanitizer. The measured chlorine concentration was 0 ppm; therefore, the dishwashing machine must not be used for sanitizing dishware.The operator was directed that the two‑compartment sink method must be used for washing and sanitizing dishware until the issue is corrected.

- Exhaust hood observed overdue for an inspection/testing cleaning. Sticker from third part company that was posted on the hood indicated that the last inspection was done August 2024.Please ensure exhaust hood maintenance is completed and a service sticker is updated to display the most recent inspection date and the next scheduled service date.
