      • There were bean sprouts in the walk-in cooler being covered with a towel.Operator immediately removed the towel and covered the products with a food grade lid.There were fly strips hanging close to food preparation areas. Employees immediately took down fly strips and consulted with inspector better areas for hanging.

      • The outside of the bulk containers, as well as the immediate area around the bulk containers has a build-up of food debris on and around them.Please ensure that the indicated areas are cleaned and sanitized. There were scoops with no handles being stored inside of the bulk containers.Please ensure that you store scoops either outside of the bulk container or inside of the container with the handle facing up to prevent cross contamination from occurring.

      • There was a light build-up of mold on the inside of the ice machine.Please ensure the indicated areas are cleaned and sanitized.

      • Two pails of mixed coating were noted uncovered on the floor in the walk in.

      • No hot water was supplied at the hand sink. The operator indicated that the supply was shut off due to dripping. Please repair.

      • Back storage room where bulk dry flour bins are kept required cleaning including the tops and sides of the flour bins.General organization of the kitchen requires some work.
