- Observation(s): Observed several food items in the walk-in cooler being stored uncovered. A bin of dry food in the dry storage room was observed to be stored uncovered.

- Observation(s): Chlorine test strips were not available on the premises. These test strips ensure that sanitizer concentrations for the low temperature dishwasher, and for the surface spray bottles, are being monitored to meet appropriate levels.
