- Facility was not maintaining the skin cleansing procedures for facial and laser services.Client care in case of accidental cuts and punctures was not available.Templates for written procedures would be provided with this e-mail.

- It was observed that facility was using, Benefect (Disinfectant wipes) with EPA number.DIN number was not present.Operator was asked to use the either Low Level Disinfectant or Intermediate Level Disinfectant.Lysol wipes with DIN number were brought in for surface and equipment disinfection.This violation was corrected during the inspection.

- Sharps container was not observed in the facility for discarding safety razors.Please make sure that all the sharps be discarded in the appropriate sharps container after use.
