      • Baby Room - the black shelving unit above the sinks had exposed wood. Please ensure the surface is smooth, and cleanable.

      • Baby Room - one light bulb was burned out and requires replacement.Toddler Room - one light bulb burned out in the bathroom.Preschool Room - light bulb burned out in the bathroom.

      • OSC - The side edges of the sink in the OSC bathroom requires sealant to prevent water infiltration.OSC - the sink in the OSC room was slow to drain. Please ensure that the sink drain is functional.

      • OSC - The pink saucer chair cover was fabric and not removable for adequate cleaning. Please remove from use.

Please adjust water temperature so that hot water maximum is 49C at child accessible faucets.OSC - water temperature at one of the bathrooms in the OSC was monitored at 60C. If children are using this faucet, please ensure the water temperature is maintained at less than 49C

      • Preschool Room - Toilet paper roll holder in the bathroom was in disrepair.

      • Program uses wall mounted soap dispensers and several of the dispensers had what appeared to be older dried soap residue inside. Please clean dispenser and fill with fresh soap. Unclean dispensers can lead to old stale soap and mold growth.

      • Baby room - mouthed toy bin was not present. Please ensure a labelled mouthed toy bin is available for dirty toys.
