    • 03. Is all food in this facility fit for human consumption and not unwholesome, spoiled, or adulterated?
      • Retail space, observed a chicken broth Swanson brand can with visible damage especially on the side of the can is pushed inward near the top lid. Discarded at time of inspection.
    • 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • Require chlorine test papers.
    • 20. Do food handlers at the facility have adequate food safety training?
      • Operator required to finish approved food safe course/training.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • Ceiling panels non smooth (acoustic). All ceiling surfaces required to be smooth, durable and easily cleanable. Discussed with operator they can paint the tiles - 2 coat of semi gloss paint.
