- 19(2)(b) A food establishment must provide all of the following in accordance with applicable legislation or as considered acceptable by the Administrator:
(b) adequately designed and appropriately located hand-washing facilities;
- Handwashing sink in the bar area must be equipped with liquid hand soap and single use paper towels in dispensers. All handwashing sinks must be stocked with liquid hand soap and single use paper towels at all times and must be dedicated for handwashing only.
