- Barbicide solutions at the back right station closest to the staff area, and the front left station, were both cloudy and heavily used. Staff emptied these at the request of the PHI. Manufacturer's instructions are to make solution fresh daily - if staff are off for extended periods, the solution should be dumped at the end of their last shift and reusable equipment left to dry.
