- July 7, 2026The structural concerns were in the process of being addressed and manger indicated that maintenance was in the process of getting quotes for the necessary corrections at the front and back entrances.According to pest control operator's report, the facility has gaps that may have allowed mouse entry in the facility. Please seal all these gaps.

- The current FHP was not posted. Manager found the e-mail and there was a copy found in the back receiving area. The FHP is to be posted where the public can see it.

- 15. Is the facility free of a pest infestation?
- 1. Mouse droppings were noted. 2. Gnaw marks were noted on one of the popcorn bags. The operator indicated that they do have a pest control company coming out to re-mediate these concerns. The operator also provided pest control operator's reports during the inspection. The operator was advised to go through all food inventory and discard all contaminated products. The operator was further advised to follow recommendation provided by the pest control operator.
