    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • The back washroom only had hand sanitizer at the sink. It was noted that re-usable hand towels were in each washroom. Ensure re-usable hand towels are not used to prevent further contamination. There was no liquid hand soap, and the paper towel dispenser was empty. The front washroom did not have any paper towel in the paper towel dispenser. Staff installed more paper towel in the dispenser. Please ensure all hand-washing stations are fully equipped with soap, single use paper towel/hand towels and running water.

      • A container of chocolate was found in the storage area with a damaged lid and the product had begun spoiling. Operator immediately discarded the item.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • There was sugar spilt on the floor in the dry storage room.The walls and fans of the walk-in freezer had a build-up of dust on them.Please ensure that the indicated areas are cleaned and maintained to prevent the attraction of pests and/or cross contamination of food.
