      • The cookline floor had a buildup of grime. Please clean.Staff mentioned kitchen will be getting a new cook line in either April or May that will have wheels and the ability to be pulled out for cleaning.

      • Two eggs were sitting at room temperature to be sold to the public near front till area. Discussed not keeping potential hazardous foods out for longer than 2 hours (danger zone). The eggs were left out for 2 hours and 45 minutes. Staff discarded eggs at time of inspection.

      • The D10 sanitizer concentration was low in spray bottle near prep table. Staff stated it was changed yesterday morning. Staff discarded sanitizer and prepared new solution in spray bottle. The new solution measured 200 ppm.

      • The following areas need to be cleaned:-There was debris underneath the cookline.-There was dust above or near the ventilation hood.
