      • Electric fly traps may contaminate foods of food contact surfaces and cannot be used in food preparation areas. Ensure only fly traps with sticky pads are used. Please note this is a repeat violation. Comments Routine inspection conducted today. Facility is clean and well maintained. All cold holding protective temperatures are in compliance with Health requirements 4°C or below. 200ppm quat sanitizer is available for manual warewashing and surface sanitizing.
