      • During the inspection it was observed that the operator was testing the HLD on daily basis (test strips present).However testing logs were not maintained.Operator mentioned that she maintained the log for two weeks and was not aware of continued maintenance of logs.Print-out of HLD logs template was provided during the inspection.
