      • Ensure the prep fridge doors are fixed properly.

      • Ensure the garbage bin lids are closed.

      • - Ensure the dishes are washed properly and are free of any debris. - Ensure the grey bins are cleaned regularly to prevent debris build-up - Ensure clean in place equipment are cleaned and sanitized; post cleaning procedure for the same.

      • Rodent droppings observed at the floor/wall junction near the storage area in the dish washing room. Areas affected by rodent droppings cleaned and sanitized at time of inspection.
