- High Temperature Mechanical dishwasher is unable to attain 180F (82C) during final rinse cycle. Service the equipment to ensure it reaches the required temperature to sanitize dishes. The utensils must be manually sanitized until the dish washer is fixed. Demonstrated the procedure to the staff on-site.
