      • Some brushes stored in the drawer by the door had hair on it. Please clean the hair tools thoroughly. Inspect that they are visibly clean before disinfecting with a low-level disinfectant.

      • The storage area underneath the bed was dirty. Please remove the cloth liner and clean/disinfect this area thoroughly.
