      • - The food handler did not change gloves and wash hands during the task change.*Violation was corrected onsite. Informed food handlers about safe food handling practices, such as constantly changing gloves and washing hands before handling food items and between changing tasks.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • - I talked to the operator on the phone. Currently, there is no company doing pest control. The operator was doing a visual check onsite. No records of pest control are maintained.*Informed about maintaining pest control records onsite. It can be done by a company or by the operator/ staff.
