    • F1.2 Are proper temperature controls maintained to ensure safe storage and display of foods?
      • Observation(s): - back left hand side fridge holding at 9C at time of inspection. refrigerator was set to lower temperature. reinspection to occur to check if holding 4C or less - please ensure to maintain written temperature logs taken 2x/day for all refrigerators and freezers
      • F1.2B Potentially hazardous foods must be stored or displayed at a temperature of 4 °C (40 °F) or colder.
    • F2.3 Are food contact surfaces, utensils and equipment washed and sanitized in a manner that removes/prevents contamination?
      • Observation(s): - chemical dishwasher sanitizer was empty at time of inspection. chemical was replenished and read 50ppm after dishwasher was ran a few times - please ensure to monitor dishwasher chemical levels and use test strips to confirm sanitizer concentration
      • F2.3A Mechanical dishwasher/glasswasher must provide sufficient washing and sanitizing action to remove contamination.
    • F2.7 Are there handwashing stations available and properly supplied?
      • Observation(s): - back of house handwashing sink not operable. please reach out to EHO when working for reinspection - handwashing sink at front of house can be used temporarily - front of house handwashing sink missing liquid soap. please ensure handwashing sinks have soap and single use paper towel for effective hand hygiene.
      • F2.7A Handwashing station must be supplied with hot and cold running water.
      • F2.7B Handwashing station must be supplied with liquid soap in a dispenser.
      • F2.7C Handwashing station must be supplied with single-service product for drying hands.
      • F2.7D Handwashing stations must be maintained, adequate in number and location, to ensure convenient access to all employees.
      • F2.7E Handwashing stations must remain accessible at all times.
    • F3.2 Is the premises construction and layout unchanged and in accordance with approved plans?
      • Observation(s): - renovation were completed to facility without EHO approval - please ensure in future if major renovations are planned to consult EHO to ensure floorplan layout and materials used is adequate
      • F3.2A Changes to the premises must only be made with approval of plans and specifications by the health officer.
