      • Observation(s): • Chlorine sanitizing test strips required • Dishwasher test strips required. • Advised local facility will be 1 month due to high demand.
      • F2.1A Sanitizer test strips must be available for each chemical sanitizer used at the premises.
      • F2.1B A thermometer accurate within 1 °C must be available to monitor processes.
    • F3.3 Are written food handling procedures (Food Safety Plan) current and available on site?
      • Observation(s): • Note: when staff record the fridge temperatures >4C, investigation should be undertaken/trouble shooting to determine cause (for example, location of the thermometer, defrost cycle etc). Staff should ensure that fridges maintain 4C or less. Discussed with staff and resolved time of inspection. Please see "corrective actions" on logs in binder. • Food safety plan onsite.
