- Sterility assurance documentation was not kept for pre-purchased sterile equipment such as lancets and scalpel needles.-Please maintain a record of Lot/batch number, manufacturer's name and expiry date for all pre-purchased sterile equipment. This record must be kept with client's contact information and onsite the facility for at least two years.
