      • There were cracks along the sides of the waxing table. Repair or replace the waxing table.

      • Paint was peeling off the manicure station tables. Refinish or replace the manicure station tables.

      • 1) Brushes on the manicure stations were covered with dust. Clean and disinfect the brushes and store them in a clean container.2) Re-usable sandals were not cleaned and disinfected after use. Clean and disinfect the sandals after each customer.

      • 1) Manicure and pedicure tools were not disinfected in high level disinfectant.Provide high level disinfectant.2) Manicure and pedicure tools were not fully immersed in the 70% alcohol solution. 70 % alcohol solution has no DIN Ensure manicure and pedicure tools are fully immersed in the disinfectant.3) Expiry dates on the Flex Clean Septicsol disinfectant and sanitizer spray bottles were December 2022 and December 2023. Ensure disinfectant and sanitizer spray are not expired.
