- Cilantro was observed to be stored in a tin "Quality Street" candy container. The inside of the container was observed to be rusted.Please use food grade containers to store food items. The operator promptly discarded the container and its contents.

- A gap was observed alongside the bottom of the exterior doors located at the bottom of the basement stairs.Please install weatherstripping to prevent the entry of pests into the facility.
- 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
- Four spatulas were observed to be melted and in disrepair. Loose rubber material was peeling from the spatulas, and the contact surfaces of the handles were no longer smooth, cleanable, or non-porous, which could trap and harbor harmful bacteria, facilitating cross-contamination.The operator promptly discarded the spatulas.
