      • Stargazer 1 and Stargazer 2: lunch was being served on the handwashing sink counter next to diapering stations. Food should be served away from diapering areas and handwashing sinks.

      • Pioneer 1: Wet/used cleaning cloth was observed on top of the bleach water spray bottle, indicating the cleaning cloth is being re-used. Wet/used cloths were also observed in other rooms such as on top of a soap dispenser or around the handwashing sinks. Ensure cleaning cloths are used once and then removed for laundry or put into a used cloth bin.Stellar 1: black shelving unit with the puzzles is visibly dusty.Stellar 2: Some toy bins and shelving units have visible dirt or dust. Ensure toy bins and shelving units are being cleaned on a regular basis.

      • Vinyl flooring on the top floor along the windows was in disrepair. Please ensure the surface is smooth, cleanable and impervious to moisture.

      • Navigator 2 room - the wall in the bathroom was patched, but requires finishing.Explorer 2 room - a small area of the wall was in disrepair in the Explorer 2 room near the cots and in the bathroom.

      • Screws were missing on the wooden arch structure in the Pioneer 2 room and the Stellar 1 room.The handle was loose on the door to the top floor. Please secure.
