- 9(1) No employer or manager shall permit any ashtrays in any place at any time when smoking is prohibited in that place by this Act.
- 2 ashtray cans noted inside at the back door. strong odor of smoke noted. Remove cans. Smoking is not permitted within 4m of doors, windows or air intakes.

- Black fridge measured 9.1*C. Baked good with potentially hazardous filling were discarded during the inspection. Have fridge repaired and do not use until it can maintain 4*C or less.
