- Access to the handwash sink behind counter on the grocery side was blocked. Items removed during the inspection to allow access. Ensure handwash sinks are accessible at all times.

- Black fridge measured 10.3*C. Temperature log taken daily indicate that this fridge has been running warm for the entire month. Several containers of food discarded. Do not use the fridge until a temperature of 4*C or less is maintained.
