      • The concentration of Quat sanitizer in buckets was measured below 200 ppm. Please ensure to change the sanitizer solution at adequate intervals.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • The tin cats had an accumulation of debris, and some were missing the glue board despite recent reports noting tin cats were services and glue boards were replaced. Please contact the pest control operator to have these addressed.

      • A picture of the raw big crunch chicken was provided to AHS from the complainant. According to the picture a raw big crunch chicken patty was served to the complainant. Check all chicken patties with a thermometer to maker they are cooked to 74 degrees C or higher.
