      • - Blind cords in the preschool area are not secured to the wall and are accessible to children; pose a safety hazard. Navinder, the childcare manager hung them up through a silver tape, until they can purchase a blind cord holder on wall mount. Temporary CDI.- Bleach solutions found within reach of children in the preschool and kindergarten rooms; must be secured and placed out of reach of children.

      • - Hole observed in the preschool/kindergarten washroom wall; allows dusts, debris and vermin's to harbor. requires repair.- Torn diapering mattresses in the preschool and infant rooms require replacement. This might interfere with the disinfection process of the mattress, and harboring moisture and microorganisms in the underlying foam.- Two kindergarten sinks show deteriorating enamel and are missing drain strainers.
