    • 10. Is a properly supplied first aid kit provided and readily available?
      • Expired antiseptic wipes were found in one of the first aid kits. Please obtain and maintain a properly stocked first aid kit with valid supplies.A link to first aid requirements will be provided in the closing comments section of this report.
    • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
      • A dusty fan vent was observed in the OSC room washroom. Please clean and maintain vents.
    • 19. Are indoor play areas and equipment sufficient and being properly maintained to ensure client safety (Critical)?
      • After a discussion with the operator, toy washing is conducted in the single sink located in the washroom. Toy washing cannot be conducted at a washroom sink.Please use the sinks in the staff kitchen for toy washing.
