      • Repair the following:1. Gaps in the flooring adjacent to the cubbies.2. Ensure that the hvac/ducts/ vents have been serviced as build up is evident.3.       • Raw, unprocessed flour is being used for playdough recipes, and are not undergoing a cooking step.As flour can contain harmful bacteria, please ensure that there is a cooking step for the playdough, or purchase flour that has already been processed and is safe for human consumption without cooking. **October 20 update: Facility is not using playdough at the moment, but there is no signage or procedure available. Please implement a policy for all staff to either cook the flour to 71 C and store in 4C, or remove the flour until policy can be developed.

      • Some of the small couches/chairs made of vinyl/leather were damaged, exposing the interior. One changing mat in Infant 1 had a tear. Please patch with a moisture resistant material/replace as required.

      • Water tables are only being changed daily, vs 2x per day. Please either change 2x a day, or close the table/empty in the afternoon.
