- Three staff water bottles were observed to be stored on the dedicated diapering surface in the infant room. Please ensure the diapering surface is not used to store personal belongings to help prevent potential contamination. The operator relocated the indicated bottles during inspection.
- 08. Is this facility properly constructed (Non-Critical)?
- Two gaps were observed between the diapering guards and the main counter on the dedicated diapering surfaces in the toddler and infant rooms which make the surface difficult to clean. Ensure the indicated gaps are sealed to render the surface smooth and easy to clean.
- 10. Is a properly supplied first aid kit provided and readily available?
- Several expired alcohol wipes were observed in the first aid kit in the Infant Room. Please ensure the indicated wipes are replaced and the first aid kit is checked for proper inventory.

- 1. A buildup of grime was observed on the dedicated diapering surfaces along the protective guards in the toddler washroom and in the infant room washroom. 2. A buildup of grime was observed on the faucet handles in the toddler washroom. 3. A buildup of food debris was observed in the shelving compartments on the interior side of the small fridge door in the infant room. 4. A buildup of grime was observed on the floor in the infant room washroom. 5. A buildup of grime was observed along the railing on the stairs leading down to the outdoor play space. 6. A stain was observed on the grey carpet in the Toddler 1 Room. 1-6. Ensure the indicated areas are cleaned and sanitized.

- 1. A screw was protruding from the exterior side of the washroom gate near the door handle on the washroom furthest from the entrance in the Preschool Room 2. 2. A screw was protruding from the main entrance door in the infant room near the handle on the interior side of the door. 1-2. Please ensure the indicated screws are removed.

- Several fabric curtains were observed to be hanging in front of the toilets in the Preschool Room 1 washroom which are not smooth, resistant to moisture and easy to clean. Please ensure the curtains are replaced with a material that is smooth, resistant to moisture and easy to clean to help facilitate effective disinfection in the washroom.
