      • The diapering mats in the pre-kinder, toddler 2 and infant rooms were not in good repair. The mats had holes at some areas, exposing uncleanable materials.Please replace the mats.

      • Paper towel dispensers in the preschool washroom was empty. A roll of paper towel was being cut and used after handwashing as a temporary measure.Please re-fill the paper towel dispensers.

      • The diapering mats in the pre-kinder, toddler 2 and infant rooms were not in good repair. The mats had holes at some areas, exposing uncleanable materials.Please replace the mats.

      • Hot water temperature from the handwashing sink faucet in the pre-kinder washroom was at 19C. The staff adjusted the valve under the sink during inspection and temperature of 37C was measure. Please monitor the sink valves at the facility to ensure adequate hot water temperature.

      • An electrical outlet in the prinkinder room was missing a protective cap. The staff replaced the missing cap during inspection.
    • 09. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) available in suitable location(s), and properly stocked with handwashing supplies?
      • The paper towel dispenser in the preschool washroom was empty. Loose paper towels were observed. The staff refilled the paper towel dispenser during inspection.Please ensure paper towels are always stored in appropriate dispensers.
    • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
      • A light fixture in the after school room was missing a protective cover. Please replace the missing light cover.
    • 21. Is the plumbing system adequate and being properly maintained (Critical)?
      • Hot water temperature at the infant room handwashing sink and prekinder room washroom handwashing sink was measured to be at 55C and 57C respectively.Please reduce the hot water temperature. Maximum of 54C is required (49C maximum recommended).
    • 29. Are washrooms / bathing facilities properly constructed, maintained and supplied (Non-Critical)?
      • No toilet paper was observed for the toddler 2 washroom. The staff replaced the toilet paper during inspection.Ensure all toilets are adequately supplied at all times.
