- -Chick peas were being used for Sensory in the Baby Room; these are a choking hazard. Please remove and do not use in baby or toddler rooms.-Kitchen cupboards were being used to store chemicals and did not have a lock. Please secure.- Knives were stored on the kitchen counter accessible to children. Please ensure that knives are stored secured or out of children’s reach.

- -A staff member in the Toddler Room was not following appropriate diapering procedures; hands were not washed between clients. Please ensure that handwashing is done between each client.- A staff member was observed using a re-useable cloth to wipe the diaper mat in the Toddler Room. Please ensure only single use paper towels are used.
