    • 03. Are clients at this facility being protected from hazards (Critical)?
      • 1. Several push pins are inserted on the board by the entrance and diapering mat. Please remove the push pins as these may fall onto the floor and injure a child. Use tape or sticky tacks instead.2. The tall furniture by the entrance is wobbly. Please secure them.3. Several plant pots were observed in the children's play area within reach of the children in the toddler room. Please remove these from the play area to prevent potential hazards.4. A see-saw with a rocking mechanism has been placed in the toddler room. This poses a risk of injury due to instability. Please remove.5. The children have access to the laundry machine. Please ensure the laundry area is not accessible by the children.
    • 24. Are sleeping supplies and areas sufficient to ensure client safety and comfort (Non-Critical)?
      • Adequate window shading is not currently available in the upstairs classrooms, which may affect children's ability to nap comfortably. Please ensure appropriate window coverings are installed to create a restful environment.
