- Dishes used to reheat and serve parent provided food were left and sometimes washed in the hand sink in the infant room. Dirty dishes stored in an open plastic bin were left on the floor inside one of the preschool rooms.Operator provided dishes and utensils must be washed and sanitized in 3 compartments sink available in the kitchen. Dirty dishes should not be stored on the floor in an open container until taken to the kitchen for washing and sanitizing.This was corrected immediately.
