    • 06. Are proper protocols being followed in regards to client care?
      • Butterfly 2 room: diapering mat is stored upright on the floor. Ensure the diapering mat is stored out of reach of children.
    • 17. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Critical)?
      • Caterpillar room: mini fridge with milk was measuring at 10C.
    • 22. Is the plumbing system adequate and being properly maintained (Non-Critical)?
      • Busy bee room toy washing sink and shared bathroom sink: faucets were not secure to the base.
    • 25. Are there adequate storage areas sufficient for the operation of the facility?
      • Ladybug room: hooks are spaced less than 12" apart (requirement). Children's belongings such as coats were touching another child's belongings.
