      • Toilet cleaning chemicals were observed inside an unlocked under sink cabinet in the kinder room. The staff removed the chemicals during inspection and stored them inside a locked cabinet in the washroom.

      • A red chair in the infant room was torn at various areas, exposing porous material. Remove or repair the chair so the surface is clean and easy to clean.
    • 22. Is the plumbing system adequate and being properly maintained (Non-Critical)?
      • The water temperature after turning on the hot water faucet for the handwashing sink in the OSC room was measured to be at 21 Degrees Celsius. Increase the water temperature. Ensuring the temperature if not increased above 49 Degrees C is recommended.

      • A bottle of Lysol toilet cleaner was stored in a low, unlocked cabinet in the toddler room. The operator was notified and the bottle was relocated. Ensure children do not have access to chemicals.

      • Walls in the toddler room were observed to be damaged in multiple areas. Please ensure these are repaired or covered with suitable material that can be easily cleaned and sanitized.
